Player Rules:(in game)
* No spamming.
* No botting.
* No harassment of any kind.
* Be respectful of all players.
* Be respectful of all GM/admins.
* Do not abuse bugs or glitches.if ever, report them instantly.
* Do not block or crowd around NPCs.
* Do not use "GM", "Game Master", "Admin", or "Administrator" in your name, party name, guild name, or guild title.
* Do not use the '13thRO' name without permission
* Do not advertise other servers.
* Do not PvP or duel in the main town. If you want, Do it somewhere else
* Do not use dead branches or bloody branches in any town or the jail.
* No littering in Prontera.
* If you loan out items or equips, you do so at your own risk.
* Do NOT give out your ID or password to anyone, this includes Staff.
* Do NOT use foul language either on public chat/private chat & broadcaster's broadcast.
* Be friendly to all players


Note: this is a high rate server, so you can hunt items easily. And also there are freebies when you create your character so as much as possible no begging
